Orlando Roof Co. is the Central Florida roofing brand of Topline Roofing & Construction LLC, a Florida-licensed contractor headquartered in Orlando. We work on roofs from Apopka to Deltona, Clermont to Sanford. We pull every permit, we follow the Florida Building Code to the letter, and we stand behind every job.
Who we are
Our owner, Simo Hamdouch, has been around roofing for more than a decade. He built the company because too many Central Florida homeowners were getting stuck with rushed jobs, missing permits, and shady financing offers. We do the opposite of that.
Every job we run starts with a real inspection. Ends with a real warranty. And includes a written contract that says exactly what you are paying for. No verbal handshakes. No “we’ll figure it out as we go.”

Permits on every job
Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia counties. We pull the permit before the tear-off starts, every time. No exceptions. Skipping permits is how homeowners get stuck with denied insurance claims years later.
2 to 3 day standard install
Most 2,000 sq ft asphalt re-roofs finish in 2 to 3 days. Tile and metal take longer. Either way, we tell you the timeline up front and stick to it.
Financing built in
Enhancify (payments from $129/month, qualifications down to 550 FICO) and PACE/Ygrene available on every estimate. $500 off for military and first responders.
