The property address you enter.
Your name, phone number and email address.
What you tell us about your project, such as your timeline and preferred inspection time.
Your consent to be contacted, with the date and the wording you agreed to.

Automatically

A scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse of the quote tool. We do not store your IP address itself with your request.
Basic browser and device information our security and analytics tools need (see below).
Cookies and similar technologies used by Google Analytics and Cloudflare.

We do not collect payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information on this website.

How we use it

To look up your roof, measure it from satellite and aerial imagery, and show you price ranges.
To contact you about your roof by phone, text or email, and to schedule a free inspection.
To prepare an estimate or proposal if you ask for one.
To keep the website and the quote tool secure and to stop spam and automated abuse.
To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect our legal rights.

Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box, you agree that Topline Roofing & Construction LLC (Orlando Roof Co.) may call, text or email you about your roof at the number and email you provide, including by automated technology. AccuLynx, the system we use to manage customer requests and jobs.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited and whether someone reaches the price step). How long we keep it

A roof lookup that never becomes a request is deleted within 8 days.
Requests from people who contact us are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a customer.
Customer records, contracts and job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, legal, tax and insurance purposes.
Anti-abuse records are deleted within a few days.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it, unless we must keep it for legal, warranty or tax reasons;
stop contacting you.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and anti-abuse checks to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
